COVID Operating Statement
Living Property fully adheres to the Government's COVID safe working regulations at all times.
The Government decrees that the housing market remains open and it is permissible to sell, buy, let and rent residential property in all ‘tiers’ and during the period of national lock-down.
Living Property have implemented the following core changes to working arrangements and practices:
1. Our office is staffed on an appointment only basis. To book an appointment please phone 01502 558538 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Our lettings and sales teams are working remotely and are able to assist as normal with all selling, buying, letting and rental inquiries.
3. Valuations - Sales and Letting valuations and consultations can be provided via remote desktop and video conferencing, although the option for on-site and face-to-face meeting remains.
4. Property Viewings - We provide virtual viewings and ask that potential buyers or renters undertake our virtual viewing prior to requesting or undertaking an on-site showing. On-site viewings will be conducted under Living Property’s defined viewing protocol, which will be provided at the time of the viewing appointment confirmation.
