Property Probate Valuations

Living Property are able to provide an Executor of a Will, needing to sell residential property assets as part of a deceased's estate, a probate valuation for residential property. Desktop appraisals are provided FREE of Charge, visited appraisals at a cost of £99.00 inclusive of VAT. This applies to dwellings located within the Waveney Valley, North Suffolk and South Norfolk region of England. If the Executors instruct Living Property to sell the property the cost of the property Probate Valuation will be deducted from the sales commision invoice.

The sales probate valuation will be confirmed in writing by Martin Cunningham MNAEA | FNAVA, an estate agent & property auctioneer, with over 35 years of experience. Martin is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark with accreditations MNAEA (Member of the National Association of Estate Agents) and FNAVA (Fellow of the National Association Auctioneers & Valuers).
